Christian Eder Dr. Klaus Schieschke Dr. Thomas Eder Ralf Mischung

Dr.-Ing. Thomas Eder
was born in 1959. He received his diploma degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis on communication engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, in 1984 and worked in the field of fiber optics at Siemens AG, Munich until 1990. During this time he received his Ph. D. degree from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
From 1990 he has been working in the field of intellectual property and passed the examinations for German and European patent attorneys in 1993. He has been a full partner of the firm since 1994.
Since 2005, he has been active as visiting lecturer in the filed of intellectual property at the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg.

Dipl.-Ing. Christian Eder
was born in 1962. He received his diploma degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis on data processing, computers and digital networking in 1990. He worked at the Association of German Liability, Accident and Motor Insurers (HUK-Verband), Munich as chief network supervisor until 1994.
Since then, he has been working in the field of intellectual property in the firm and passed the examinations for German and European patent attorneys in 1999. He has been a full partner of the firm since 1999.

Dipl.-Ing. Ralf Mischung
was born in 1965. He received his diploma degree in process engineering with an emphasis on thermal comfort in cars and software development at BMW in 1993. After working as an engineer in environmental protection and research and development, he was a project manager for international plant construction in the chemical industry.
He started working in the field of intellectual property in Summer 2000 and passed the examinations for German (in 2003) and European patent attorneys (in 2005). He has been a full partner of the firm since 2005.

Dr. rer. pol. Klaus Schieschke (retired from the firm in 2005)
was born in 1934. He received his diploma degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis on textile machines from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany, in 1959 and was a research associate at the Technical University of Dresden until 1961. From 1961 to 1965 he worked at the company of Rathgeber, Germany, in the field of railbound vehicles.
From 1965 he has been working in the field of intellectual property and has been a German patent attorney since 1968. He joined the firm as a full partner in 1970. Since the establishment of the European Patent Office in 1978 he has gathered extensive experience as a European patent attorney.
Since 1998, he has additionally been working as visiting lecturer of patent law at the faculty of economic sciences, Law II of the Technical University of Chemnitz, and he did his doctor's degree in political sciences (Dr. rer. pol.) at the faculty of economic sciences.
Although he retired in 2005, he is still supporting the firm as an advisor and is in close contact with the firm.
